I am a wife and busy mom of 2 and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who has also been on my own metabolism journey and now have lost over 45lb and kept it off.


I help busy women over 35+ boost their metabolism for fat loss with a nutrition & lifestyle plan that will help increase energy, reduce cravings, provide sustainable fat loss & reduce premature ageing and the risk of long-term illnesses.
