My Story

Let me tell you the story of how I came to discover my passion…


In my family, 2 out of 3 people suffer from some sort of blood sugar imbalance, such as insulin resistance (PCOS), prediabetes, and type 2 diabetes. I had gestational diabetes with both of my pregnancies and struggled with weight and sugar cravings since I was 15 years old. I went from one diet to the next and never had sustainable results. But something changed when I had my kids; it was like a wake-up call for me. I had to make a change if I wanted to avoid health issues for myself and my kids.


That's why I decided to take matters into my own hands and became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. From my education, I learned that it's not only about the food you put in your body but also the body and mind connection. As a result, I've lost 30lb and feel like my best healthy self in my 40s! 


Today my goal is to help more people achieve these kinds of results and live a happy life without health problems. I would love to hear your story and find ways to help you!
